    BALLET
    Ballet is the foundation for all of the genres of dance. Body control, alignment, and proper technique are learned.
  2. TAP
    TAP
    Tap teaches an awareness of beat, timing and rhythm while incorporating a variety of dance styles and music.
  3. JAZZ
    JAZZ
    Jazz technique is based on the natural movement of the body and is designed to increase body control and coordination. Routines are choreographed to modern and contemporary music.
  4. ACROBATICS
    ACROBATICS
    These classes are designed for all level tumblers. Classes start with basic tumbling and progress to develop higher level aerial skills.
  5. HIP-HOP
    HIP-HOP
    These high energy classes consist of urban, street dance mixed with a wide variety of dance styles.
  6. LYRICAL
    LYRICAL
    These classes combine the style and movement of jazz with the elegance and grace of ballet.
  7. GYMKIDS
    GYMKIDS
    In this class you will learn to tumble across the mats as well as muscle strengthening, balance and coordination using a variety of mats and equipment.
  8. CREATIVE MOVEMENT
    CREATIVE MOVEMENT
    This class is a combination of pre-ballet and tumbling. It is a 45 minute class that incorporates the beginnings of ballet training along with the basics of beginner tumbling.
